Was pretty good all weekend. helped a friend move on saturday
cleaned out another friends garage on sunday and moved a bunch of stuff to someone else's house on monday.
Did get a few of my things done over the weekend.
Was good with the soda. I ran an experiment with caffeinated mints that I think will take me over the soda edge. it will be nice to get that out of my system. Now just have to stick with it!
I did binge on ramen over the long weekend. It is just so damn convenient.
Breakfast this morning was leftover risotto
had tea
had mt dew
lunch was rice cakes, almonds and and orange and water
dinner tonight is anyone's guess. I am going to try for a slim fast and get that started again. At this point I realize it is not a plan I like but now my practical side has kicked in and I have the crap so should drink it all gone and it might just be the kick start I need.

1/2 hour on bike and 100 crunches
today is the first of my experiments. No mt dew
I bought caffeinated mint. One split up through the day is a lot more caffeine than a mt dew
I have cut them into 1/4s and I think that should work.
I had a sloppy joe for breakfast
lunch has been almonds, rice cakes and an apple with water
will go for a walk tonight as it looks like it will be dry.
Dinner is pasta with artichokes, capers and tomatoes and more water.

did get 1/2 hour in on the bike but toward the end started feeling nauseated. Started my crunches and the projectile vomited ended that. I took an antibiotic without food before my workout. Bad idea.

Weekend was good. Probably over caffeinated but then again I did clean my garage on saturday and then help clean out a big trailer on sunday, set up a couple tens, take them back down and repack a trailer. I did eat well on both days.
This morning was slow moving. So not keeping with my plan. Why am I suddenly unable to find the desire to keep exercising?

all my good intentions
no work out this morning as I had "stuff" to get done
had bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes and a big old cup of mint tea
had coke at work as we were all out of mt dew
lunch was almonds, an orange, water and a slice of gouda cheese
dinner tonight will be tofu noodle bowl and more water
I was really hoping to get walking in but I will at least get my ab work and 10 flights of stairs.

yep back up to working out
got up did 1/2 weaving
rode the bike for 1/2 hour about 10 miles I was going to ride in today but the immanent rain clouds have damped that thought
did my 100 ab things I think I need another goal even if arbitrary it kept me moving.
Breakfast was a bagel with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and green onions
and mt dew
lunch today is yogurt, water, and an apple
dinner tonight is soup and more water
Well did my weight and measurements and at least everything is the same as last month. That is a whew! as I am feeling mighty podgy lately. I haven't maintained my exercise schedule at all.

Nose to the grindstone.
Did okay over the weekend but caught a cold that has left me with a bit of vertigo so I have not been working out.
But will need to as time to have lots of pictures of me is coming up and I do admit i want to look good in them.

6 cinnamon bears
dinner is mock chicken soup and probably a couple slices of cheese

have been doing good both eating and excepting except today. Today was raining and cool and bed was very nice.
over the weekend was filled with walking and working in the yard at at an event. Must remember to sunscreen my cleavage.
Monday was a very good day, rode into work and that was so easy after having been riding indoors all winter. I love coasting! then took my dog for a long walk when I got home.
Tuesday was busy I opted to weave in the am for longer as I want to finish what I have on now so I can get to the next project. I spent the evening on my feet from 6-9 walking and talking
today slept in

lunch is nachoes
dinner tonight is rice, steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

have been working out and also have been eating far too much.
I will really have to learn to say no to certain things. I just like the way food tastes
:)
I also like the way food feels. Textures are very important to me. Probably why the slim fasts are non palatable for me.
have been walking and with the stuff coming up will have to insist on getting my bum moving either on the bike or walking. I am important and need to take care of myself. Walking and biking feel good for me and while that extra few minutes in bed also feel good... hmm have to find some good compromise there.
Isn't that what life is all about?

holy moly was up at 12 last night and did not get back to sleep until 4 this morning.
ate a piece of toast and tea for breakfast and was a zombie most of the day
came home and stayed up until regular bedtime with my hunny. We had pizza and watched tv. It was very nice.
