02/11/14

Up and about early but did not get ride in this morning
breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with an apple
had mt dew
no am snack
much water
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and white rice
pm snack was an apple
will ride bike when I get home tonight and do my squats and abs
more water
dinner will not be anything as I have fighter practice tonight. Looking into getting some kind of protein shake to cover nights like these
