Up early with tea and water and housecleaning
breakfast was two eggs scrambled with sundried tomatoes and parm cheese and a piece of toast. Drinking Good Earth tea so i can skip the sugar.

lunch is a big bowl of hot and sour soup with crispy wonton noodles and more water
Abs, squats and spear throws
Dinner tonight is uncertain
but i will be fighting later
