up early and hopped on bike for 24 minutes! YAY
Had water, just water
breakfast was two scrambled eggs with sun dried tomatoes, parm cheese and two pieces of toast.
No am snack
lunch was spaghetti squash with marinara sauce
HAD ONE MT DEW
pm snack was an apple
did abs and squats in the afternoon
dinner tonight is grilled cheese and tomato soup.
