Good weekend. kept soda down to 1 a day. Did have coffee and tea to make up the caffeine
ate pretty good.
Packing and sewing as I get ready for a series of wars. I can't wait to be out and in a tent for two weeks. I will be back for one week in between the two.
They will be filled with walking, fighting, generally hanging out in the fresh air and sunshine.
today was up early and hand sewing my hems. I tried to let myself sew them on the machine, but I really couldn't. We decided to attend one of the evenings in DC comic heroes outfits translated as our persona's period. So as Batgirl, I have a most excellent black velvet cote-hardie. But we also wanted to be able to wear them not as costumes, so I really couldn't let myself cut corners. It is going to rock!
But I will be getting plenty of exercise and eating extraordinarily well. No couch time with snack foods.

Up and about early but did not get ride in this morning
breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with an apple
had mt dew
no am snack
much water
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and white rice
pm snack was an apple
will ride bike when I get home tonight and do my squats and abs
more water
dinner will not be anything as I have fighter practice tonight. Looking into getting some kind of protein shake to cover nights like these

up early and hopped on bike for 24 minutes! YAY

lunch was spaghetti squash with marinara sauce
HAD ONE MT DEW
pm snack was an apple
did abs and squats in the afternoon
dinner tonight is grilled cheese and tomato soup.

bad bad weekend.
Both saturday and sunday way too much soda
no work out either days.
But I did get to have a nice day with my hunny on saturday. Walked through a mall- that was weird. I haven't been in one of those for a long time. Pretty much same as they ever are.
We went to see the "knights of badassdom" which was funny

up around 6 it is frickin' cold here. Not a big fan of negative temperatures and most the time don't even think about it.
Breakfast was two eggs scrambled with a piece of toast and tea
no am snack
lunch was a cheese sandwich from Schlotzskies and a bag of bbq chips
had mt dew
dinner was 2 helpings of zucchini ankara on cous cous with water
but then it seemed I was really hungry so had a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 chili cheese fritoes. I have this little plastic measuring cup that I can pour my chips into and then I tend not to go back to the bag. Most of the time.
Did abs and squats but missed my 24 minutes
Did my spear shots.

breakfast was two eggs scrambled with sundried tomatoes and parm cheese and a piece of toast. Drinking Good Earth tea so i can skip the sugar.

lunch is a big bowl of hot and sour soup with crispy wonton noodles and more water
Abs, squats and spear throws
Dinner tonight is uncertain
but i will be fighting later

discovered that I was not so very hungry today, so i am trying to listen to my body.
no breakfast or lunch
had lots of water
had one soda
did abs and squats. will do 24 minutes tonight on the bike.
did my bike ride and added 50 spear shots with each arm to the day. since i am getting ready for war I thought it would be good to get that in. However I have to figure out some way not to tear out the sleeves in my dresses from my shoulders of awesomeness. lol not really all that worries about that.

shoveled snow like crazy. Seems like winter has decided to really show up here and we had snow about every 3rd day. In fact we expect to get some more tonight and then on friday.
