09/30/11

slept in this morning
that was very nice I could have had a real breakfast but somehow ended up just havinga shake out of habit and motoring on with the day

had mt dew, hmm, didn't savor it as much as I thought I might. It was ok
lunch was a bunch of grapes 2 croissants and a piece of apple coffeecake
had caffeine tab and water
the difference
I lost a total of 7 pounds. 1 inch in my neck, upper arms, abdomen, thigh and calves
and 2 inches in my chest, waist and buttocks.
Now then when I do my regular weigh in on the 15th we will see how long it lasts. I do like that I feel pretty good. By the end I found I wasn't craving like i was at the beginning. I was hungry and I did miss eating meals.
I do hope that this might help with portion control. Always a hard thing for me. and the fact I am not craving the dew is also a good thing. I suspect I will have one now and again but there will be no compulsion. that is a good thing. I like being in control of my destiny!
