Up with a couple glasses of water
breakfast was a glass of vanilla gloop, yum
mid morning snack was 12 almonds and water
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and white rice and water. Oh my it tasted so good!
I am not sure if I will need my afternoon snack but if I do it is a hard boiled egg
dinner tonight is more vanilla gloop and water
I did ride my bike for 24 minute and 8.5 miles I stopped earlier than usual as my head was not amused and I had a splitting headache. Took some advil
I also took my caffeine tab this morning and afternoon.
