up early and weaving
had mt dew
breakfast was the last of the cheese sticks. yeah, i know not so healthy for two meals in a row but on the bright side, they are all gone now! Fridge was empty, so very empty. i will cook up some brown rice tonight.
rode my bike for 1/2 hour and 10 miles and did my ab exercises
had second mt dew for lunch
dinner tonight is popcorn and lemonade and a multivitamin
