09/07/11

Up and hopped on the bike for 30 minutes 10 miles and about 600 calories. did my abs
had a mt dew
breakfast was water and leftover risotto
had another mountain dew and still feeling like I could sleep for days
lunch was an apple, 6 crackers and water
dinner tonight is zucchini ankara with feta cheese over cous cous and water
