09/19/11

I will admit some trepidation in stepping on the scale this morning but I did and was surprised
Up at 5
had two glasses of water and a caffeine tab
breakfast was a cup of gloop. It actually wasn't too bad.
snack is celery
lunch is potato leek soup and a roll and more water
after noon snack is 6 almonds and more water
dinner tonight is a cup of vanilla gloop and more water
I am going to medieval dance practice tonight. I hope my man is going with me!

Oh and my figures:
weight: 209 big surprise as I was 216 last month! I will take that loss of 7 lbs!
bust: 43 aha! I lost 2 inches from the 45 of last month
waist:39 still the same
hips: 45 from last month lost 1/2 an inch
nothing changed in the following measurements.
Thigh:23
calf:17
bicep: 13

On this program I am to take my measurements again on day 5 and day 11.
It is supposed to be "cleansing" program not just a starvation diet so what will really be telling is what happens in month. Will it all just crawl back on? I hope it is really a kick start for me to keep being healthy. I can't deny that having my weight below 200 pounds is appealing.
