Up at my regular time
had a cup of water and a caffeine tab portion
breakfast was a sloppy joe sandwich with potato chips crunched in the middle
had mt dew. it just was a day for it
lunch is water and yogurt and almonds.
Had a snack of a handful of chili cheese fritoes
dinner tonight is lentil barley soup. Making a large pot for tonight and to freeze for camping next weekend.
I have a bunch of glass to get done but will do what I can to get either a walk wit hXena or a bike ride in.
