06/07/11

Up 1/4 caffeine tab and water in the early am
had a cup of tea as well
did abs and stairs but didn't ride as I was thinking I would be riding my bike in. Instead had other forms of cardio when my hunny got home
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter and the rest of my tea
lunch is a bowl of hot and sour soup and more water
will take 1/4 caffeine tab this afternoon
dinner tonight will probably be crap as I am doing the red robin tonight. Might actually get a veggie burger, not sure, maybe just deep fried cheese! Somehow that seems like less calories...
