06/16/11

Up and moving at the regularly scheduled time
breakfast was swiss cheese sandwich and water
lunch is a yogurt, apple and popcorn with more water and caffeine tabs
rode bike into work today
dinner tonight is pad thai and more water
will prolly take a walk with Xena and Yaz
OOOo forgot:
Weight:212 so looks like i am down two pounds from last month
bust : 43 stayed the same
waist: 39 down 2inches- not sure what happened but I will take it!
hips 45 down 1"
thigh 23 down 1"
calf 17 same
bicep 13 1/2 same

so maybe two weeks without soda is having a much more visible effect than I realized.
