alarm did not go off this morning so I slept in.
Had two pieces of toast for breakfast with peanutbutter
caffeinated mint
lunch was hot and sour soup and tofu with garlic sauce and water
had mt dew- I was doing good and then there is was, sweet and taunting me. Must be stronger than the soda!
diner tonight is salad and rolls, I hope. I have a bunch of stuff to do tonight so I might just grab a hand full of chips on the run. Not the best but I will keep me from chowing down on fries.
Dinner was none of the above. When I got home from my bike ride I ate two ice cream sammies.
Then around 9 I was starving- not actually starving but stressed so ended up eating a bunch of cheese pizza rolls.
