day 5

up early and weaving- are your surprised? good you shouldn't be
had mt dew and glass of water
breakfast as scheduled- love love love the texture of the brown rice and lettuce
drove into work
had cup of tea
broke down for lunch, I am not grooving on my lunch as much as my breakfast. I like the salad days and i think if I change the kind of yogurt that might help. the almonds make a nice salty crunchy snack. The miso soup is just fine but I think part of my joy in eating comes from texture. I suspect that is why I like the breakfast combo so much and can continue to eat that for a long time. 2 cups of brown rice and 2 cakes of tofu make it through the week, even with my girls munching on it. the lettuce barely made it but I don't think I will buy a second head.
I ended up having a grilled cheese sandwich and a snack sized bag of bbq chips. After nearly eating all the chips and thinking-wow that seems like a lot, I read the servings per container-yep 2

okay enough beating myself up
dinner tonight is corn chowder and bread
will go for a long walk with Xena
I have been feeling pretty good about my serving sizes with food and really keeping them down and now I will have to be even more vigilant, looking before I eat and all
