day 10
doing all the things I list usually.
up early, weaving, water and mtdew
drove into work
having water and wasabi almonds
lunch is miso soup and apple (huband ate all the salad dressing, I know I could go without but blech- this is supposed to be something I could do sustainably not just to lose a few pounds and then go back)
dinner tonight- roasted potatoes and some other stuff
