Day three:
Up and moving right along
water and tea for brekkies with my tofu rice wrap
drove into work
had mt dew and really want another.
Have discovered that a bit of fat helps me keep from strangling my sister when she is in a mood. Yep she is in one today and I am not finding my normal amounts of calm.
Lunch is almonds, miso soup, apple and yogurt with more water
Dinner ended up being two cheese and salsa quesadillas.
I did get about a 1/2 walk in. I was at work all alone so just walked around the plant. :)
