Saturday was rocking, got a bunch of little things done and did not over consume soda. Made the black bean pasties for dinner with salad. I did end up having 2 1/2 pasties as they are the best fresh from the oven.
sunday started with a croissant and tea and a 5 mile hike with some really good elevation.Then I got home had my one mt dew and started to eat. I was suddenly so very very hungry. I had a bowl of chai scream, some almonds, a piece of pizza. Then I made dinner which was risotto and sweet potatoes and a big glass of milk. Then I made some shortbread and had 2 pieces of that with a cup of tea.
