Did not get up this morning very early at all
Did not exercise. Talked with my workout buddy and his take on it was that this was our transitional time. Talk about a get out of jail free card. But I liked his idea of giving ourselves the first week as a break in period. Week one is really week zero
Breakfast was 1/2 cup of coffee and water with brown rice and tofu with peanut sauce on salad
no am snack as I went out for lunch had grilled cheese with tomato and french fries, also had two cokes and man that got me wired.
dinner tonight will be leftover curry and more water
pm snack will be can of pineapple juice.
