03/25/13

Had a fantastic last couple of weeks. Ate well with little crap while camping. However the road food caught me up with my choices ending up being deep fried things and grilled cheese sandwiches.
 I did fight almost every day and definitely walked around like crazy miles. I did drink more soda than I had in a long while and I think I actually got drunk one night.

But now I am home again and prolly not wandering about very far.
 Am working with a friend to jump start ourselves back to healthy.  We are doing the 12 week body for life program. Modified for a vegetarian and for using what weights and gear we have at home and not buying new stuff.
Today was day one. I did 18 minutes 6.5 miles on bile then did reps for my shoulders, triceps, biceps, pectorals and back.
Breakfast this morning was 2 egg whites poached on 1/2 of a whole wheat english muffin with a slice of low fat swiss cheese and water. i had my caffeine tab and much water
snack 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds and water
lunch is Quorn "sloppy joes" lettuce wrap and steamed asparagus and more water
afternoon snack is an orange
dinner is a salad and water
evening snack is cottage cheese and a slice of pineapple.

I am not accustomed to eating so much but it is not really as much as a i think as it is all very portion controlled.
 I will post my measurements in the am and every week after.
