did not get up early as I engaged in fighter practice very late last night and really wore myself out.
breakfast was a bagel with cream cheese and tomato slices and water
had mt dew
no am snack
lunch was cheese tortellinis with tomato sauce and water
had 3 life saver with more water
afternoon snack will be an apple
dinner tonight is curry with cauliflower, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes over rice. and water
pm snack is can of pineapple juice
Was supposed to be an aerobic day but I really have worn myself out. I will make today my rest day and then get back to it tomorrow.
