up early with water and caffeine tab
6.5 miles on bike and legs and abs work out, I think I am going be hurting in the morning.
breakfast was brown rice, tofu with peanut sauce on a bed of lettuce and water
am snack 24 almonds yes I did count them and water
lunch is zuchhini ankara on cous cous and more water
pm lunch is apple and water
dinner tonight is a protein shake as I am heading to fighter practice in denver. there will be a big bottle of water on the way to practice
pm snack is going to be tricky
