03/26/13

Up and at 'em!
5:00 was here before I knew it and I was up with a cup of tea and no sugar.
hopped on bike for 42 minutes and 17 miles, ugh. it burns us! But it was done
breakfast was brown rice, tofu with peanut sauce mixed in with salad greens as I had no lettuce with water it was good!
am snack did not happen as I had a dentist appoinment and I didn't want to muss that fresh feeling.
I did have hot and sour soup for lunch but rather than the small 12 oz that I usually get it was a big one. So prolly more calories than I was supposed to ingest for that meal. But since I skipped my am snack... Made sense
Afternoon snack is an apple with water
dinner tonight will be zucchini ankara (lots of zucchini, onions and chickpeas) with cous cous  seasoned with mint and marjoram. and more water

pm snack, cottage cheese and strawberries. And more water
