up early and walked with Xena
had water
breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin and water
had mt dew at work
lunch is peanuts and apple and more water
dinner tonight is twice baked potato and corn on the cob

08/25-26/12

Good weekend, no soda no ramen.
Spent saturday prepping tent and camping stuff. sanded and stained tent poles galore.
had chips and cheese goo and lots of water
had left over french onion soup for dinner
Sunday was a nice 4 mile walk with Xena
then spent the day cooking and cleaning. had a home made pizza with fresh tomatoes and basil and a little truffle salt.
dinner was a little more chips and goo

Up kind of early, gathering things for packing and sorting stuff out.
had water
breakfast was french onion soup and milk with more water with multivitamins
lunch is peanuts and an apple and more water
had 1/2 caffeine tab but am thinking about a soda.
dinner tonight will most likely be Qdoba 3-cheese nachos and lemonade
have fighter practice tonight.
So I am at a strange point in my fighting. I need to decide what I want from it. have I learned all I want? Do I want to push myself to the next level? that will mean practice outside of the week nights. I wouldn't mind being stronger and more flexible. So what am I going to do about it? that is really is the question, what can I do. Options, pell time in the mornings for both sword and spear. making time for workouts again in the morning. Lately I have not been weaving much or riding my bike. What do I want?

not up early this morning but drank water, lots and lots of it.
breakfast was a bagel with some cream cheese and tomato and more water
lunch at work was and apple, peanuts and 1/2 a bagel with more water
dinner is french onion soup and having my hunny for dessert.

Up early and sewing with water
breakfast was brown rice, tofu and peanutsauce in lettuce and more water
more water at work
lunch was apple and peanuts
dinner was 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich and a mt dew full can.
had fighter practice and tons of water fought for several hours. Soaked in sweat and then had more water

Up early and sewing with water
brekkies was two pieces of toast with peanutbutter and more water took multi vitamin with breakfast.
lunch today is peanuts, apple and isagenix shake and 3 orange life savers
dinner tonight is left over piperande and a glass of milk.

08/18-19/12

Good weekend. Spent all day saturday tromping up and down the mountain side shooting my crossbow.
no soda all weekend but I did have a frappacino. Sunday was house cleaning and prep for sewing. i made piperande for dinner and had with milk.

Spent the morning abed
breakfast was brown rice, tofu and peanut sauce in a lettuce wrap and more water. Finished the other 1/2 of my mountain dew
had water at work lunch was an apple and a cheese bagel and then I had a second apple for my afternoon snack with lots and lots of water
dinner tonight is falafel and veggies in a pita wrap and lemonade.
if my hunny runs late I will be taking my dog for a walk

Up early and getting Avalon packed up for CSU
breakfast was brown rice, tofu with peanut sauce in a lettuce wrap with water and more water
could
lunch was veggies and noodles at a mongolian bbq place
more water and 1/2 mt dew
dinner was a glass of milk and three pieces of cheese pizza with 1/2 cup ice cream for dessert and more water wont say there was a little bit of binge eating that happened.
Sigh, no one in the house. I should be laughing at that as My step daughter and her husband will be at the house this weekend and Avalon will be back the next two weekends. So it really won't be that empty!

Day of it all now. Here we are at the 15th. I have not been drinking soda as a daily thing since july 14th. I think I have had a total of 5 since then. I feel pretty darn good about that.
so onto the scale I go.yikes 211
there it is. Sigh, keep working. the goal of better health is a good one and so on I keep going.

up early , weaving and water.
Breakfast was brown rice, stir fried tofu and lettuce with peanut sauce and more water
had peanuts and apple for snacks with more water and caffeine tab
lunch was a isagenix shake and more water
had three lifesavers and more water.
dinner tonight is prolly a veggie burger and fries and more water

I did have the veggie burger and something about it did not sit well, maybe I got over heated at fighter practice and when I got home found it being released from my stomach. Fortunately I made it to the sink.

lunch was 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of tomato bisque soup and a glass of lavender lemonade

dinner was a piece of quiche and a small green salad and more water

08/10-11/12

Good busy weekend. I did have a mt dew on saturday and that was about all I had to eat. It was a busy day.
Spent sunday in the house of a carnivore who made bacon for both meals. made my tummy turn a little.
but road my bike and played a bunch of very active games all weekend.

up early cleaned house and scrubbed bathrooms
got a little weaving in and drank water
breakfast was ramen and milk. Think I am nervous about something as I am relying on ramen as a comfort food. Not good for me.
had water and caffeine tab at work
lunch is a isagenix shake and more water
not sure what I am having for dinner because I have fighter practice tonight. if we go out for dinner, my pocket book says to not have much. :)

08/08/12

up early water and hot tea got some weaving done.
breakfast was bad ramen and milk.
had more water and orange lifesavers
lunch was a cheese sammich and chips from Schlotskies
had more water in afternoon
dinner was arincini and homemade tomato sauce, steamed spaghetti squash and salad with a glass of milk.
Spent about 2 hours out in the garage grinding glass and sweating, by the time i got back into the house i was freezing. didn't help that I ate what was left of the cinnamon bun ice cream. So I took a hot shower. Which also gets the glass bits off me.

work,work work at life, at relationships, at desires to be the best you can be. Somedays you get tired.
I am tired but I am also finding that my lack of exercise and self control with food has had a telling result. I feel ooky.
So I need to find my motivation. I had one very exciting thing happen this weekend as I cinched myself into a Ren Faire bodice I made for myself about 20 years ago. It was for a Shakespeare themed party. It was midsummers night dream and I had taken the role of Cobweb. One of Queen Titana's attendants. She seemed to be more of the leather and lace type than the fluffy kind.
 But still found myself winded this morning as I walked up the stairs.
 I have managed to control my intake of soda. I had two over the weekend. Which I kind of wrote off as I was driving over 8 hours. But I still don't feel as strong as I had last summer. What was I doing? Sex daily- that has kind of tapered off, oddly enough since my hunny now has a day time job. I was riding my bike more and working on abs. I think I just need to find the time to do those things again. Work on my control with food rather than just skipping meals, actually eat good meals.
 Maybe I am worried about Avalon moving out? yep in a week she will be heading to College. At least I hope so as we still haven't heard if we have secured the loans yet for her.

I did have ramen and milk for breakfast.

lunch is a isagenix shake, might at least finish off what I have, snack of apple and cheese slices
Dinner tonight is another shake and water and power bar bursts.
I will be fighting tonight. I have an axe to thrust!

08/01/12

haven't blogged a lot recently but things have been going good. Since the full stop on mt dew, I have actually been good. I did have one on saturday the 29th. I was beating myself up about that but then I thought- hey, I had one in almost two weeks and you know that is not so bad. Am I drinking them every day- nope. So that is a good thing. I have been eating well, cooking with the abundance of summer veggies. Eating an apple a day.
Hunny started a physical fitness regime and it is time I start back on my journey. It really is something I enjoy and it would be good to just do it. I have been fighting on a regular basis and that feels good. Bruises aside. Too many bruises. So throwing in other activity beside rumpy-pumpy with hunny is a great idea.
 No excuses, no fear, just do it.
