06/26/12

up early and weaving. Had glass of tea
breakfast was ramen and milk. Sigh, I think I am getting nervous about this week and all the folks coming into town as that was the best ramen ever!
 Actually spent about 1 1/2 steam cleaning the carpet
had mt dew
lunch was apple, almonds, water and a piece of my dad's b-day cake.
dinner tonight, not sure. It is fighter practice so I am hoping to beat on folks with sticks but that usually means no eating before. But then I get so hungry afterwards. If I don't go out to dinner with folks then I will make myself a quesadilla.

06/25/12

Up early and weaving with glass of tea
breakfast was oatmeal and fresh strawberries
was going to ride bike into work, instead got a call when I was at the end of the drive way saying taht a water main broke, bring the shop vac and my little steam cleaner.
spent about 3 hours cleaning up water
lunch was grape, almonds and orange lifesavers and water
dinner was salad, sweet potatoes and a ufo (lentils, rice and cheese cooked between two biscuits.) and milk

06/23-24/12

Spent saturday cleaning rooms getting ready for a visit from the family.
Prolly had too much soda but didn't eat much as I was working hard. Had popcorn both days, once as we decided that we were staying home to watch a movie and second we when went out to the movies to see Brave.
 Did get a walk in both days. My dog is not happy with me. It seems I have not been taking her out enough and she gets tired long before I do.

slept in with my hunny.
had tea and swiss cheese sandwich for breakfast
had mt dew
lunch was 2 apples and a bagel with cheddar cheese
had water
dinner tonight is Zucchini Ankara and more water

06/21/12

Sewing sewing and then a bit of weaving
had mt dew and a poached egg on english muffin for breakfast
water
lunch was apple, almonds and yogurt
more water and a second mt dew
went down to Denver fighter practice. Did melees for a while
had diner later with water lots of water and 3 cheese nachos. Ate about 1/2 and gave the rest to the guys at the table.

lunch was apple almond and yogurt and more water
I broke down in the afternoon and had a salted peanut bar and more water
Dinner was a black cherry soda and a grilled cheese sandwich

Up early and at loom
cup of tea and glass of water
breakfast was oatmeal with brown sugar and multivitamin. Also had a glass of mango juice, mmmmm mango!
had water
lunch is tofu with garlic sauce on white rice and more water
dinner tonight is yet to be determined, most likely I will make sukiyaki but won't eat it as I plan on fighting tonight and don't want to get sick in the heat so will eat when I get home.

06/18/12

When I went shopping I bought 0 ramen. Out of site and out of mind I hope.
Breakfast this morning was two pieces of toast with peanubutter and a mt dew. Not so good but I am a work  in progress. Had a glass of orange mango juice
Rode my bike into work today.
lunch was apple, almonds, and a shake with water
had 2nd mt dew this afternoon
Will be a hot hot ride home but it really isn't that long. the air is clear enough today that I really wanted to ride. The smoke has blown a different direction and I hope they have a chance to get it contained as the wind is fairly calm today.
Dinner tonight is leftover tortellinis in pesto sauce

06/16-17/12

Busy weekend. It was hot and I ate far too much ice cream.
Ate well other wise. Decent healthy meals.
I did okay with my one mt dew a day
I did get out for a 4 mile walk on sunday and some ab exercises

up early no breakfast but two cups of tea. I am a bit muzzy headed from dreams last night. Hard to shake them
had bagel at work with a smidge of cream cheese and water
will have mt dew
lunch is a shake
dinner tonight is chickpeas and spinach and bread. Will have cherries for dessert


Ah, almost forgot as today is measure day!
Weight 209 no change, which is good as I have not been regular with anything.  Still keeping up walking now and again and fighting. But now I have to figure out how to combine eating right and exercise together into a healthy way of life and not just a do one or the other. How did I used to workout everyday?
going to look back through my logs and work on a program again.

up early and climbed the sides of mount washmore. All the clean stuff is now put away. WOO!

breakfast was ramen and milk
had mt dew at work
lunch is apple, almonds and yogurt and water
doing more warping for later weaving
dinner tonight is cucumber sandwiches

In an effort to make up for yesterday, up early had two pieces of toast and tea for breakfast
lunch was a nice green salad and mt dew
made zucchini skillet for dinner over rice with a glass of milk
did fight for about and hour and 1/2 last night. Getting some new shots in and playing with the Knights. Always fun. :)
Did have a strawberry shake after practice

Up early and had mt dew. Hopeful that I would be off it but really not working for me yet. I think it will have to just be one of those things you decide and not talk myself out of.
Took Avalon up to Ft Collins for her orientation.
breakfast was nothing so I treated myself to three cheese Nachos from Qdoba for lunch
dinner was potato chips and onion dip. Very healthy
Cleaned out my car and got all my camping gear put away.

06/9-10/12

Camping all weekend. Will be running around and should get some good exercise in with fighting and cooking all day and then hanging out at night. Will have mt dews both days but will try not to have more than one.
Breakfast both days will be yogurt and fruit. A biscuit on saturday and juice and a bagel on sunday
lunch is a PBJ and oranges
Dinner is pasta and salad
making zucchini skillet over rice for dinner on sunday night.

up early and loaded up my car with a cup of tea no sugar, blech. But I drank it as I really do want to keep up the good health trend.
Breakfast was ramen and milk, which should be making you laugh at my absurd thinking.
 Had mt dew
lunch was water, apple, almonds and a couple pieces of cheese. really need to be better about bringing salads with me. 
Dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and more water.
When I say grilled i mean it. I am heading out to an event to do some camping. Feels like I brought everything including the kitchen sink. Sigh.
Most likely will have a drink tonight.

up and had tea, spent the morning fuddling around the house getting ready for trip.
Breakfast was oatmeal with butter and brown sugar
lunch was a cheese veggie sandwich from subway. I thought it was a good thing but kind of messed me up.
had mt dew
Spent a lot of the day winding warps. I have a few left.
dinner was some popcorn. I say some as i really did not eat or enjoy it as much as I normally do. I thought it would help settle my tummy.

heat is making me grumpy. At night it supposed to be cooler so I have not been sleeping well. Although this morning was lovely and even I was not too grumpy to enjoy it

up early and read a book this morning.
had bagel with provolone cheese for breakfast and mt dew
rode bike into work
lunch was an apple, almonds and yogurt and water
had mt dew
have fighter practice tonight. I have to be somewhat clean for the start but will get on my gear and play after court. Prolly will only have about 1 hour of fighting tonight.
Might go out to dinner with everyone.

Up early but not feeling like doing much. Had mt dew and got some weaving done
had almonds and a yogurt for lunch with water and another mt dew
dinner was spinach feta noodles. Two helpings and water, more water.
Had a glass of juice

06/02-3/12

Busy weekend saturday was spent cooking with a friend for 50 or so and then out to the Armadillo with a friend. had a sprite and a bean and cheese sopapilla
Sunday was regular am stuff, laundry and groceries
Sunday afternoon was a fighter practice and melee. that ran from about 2:30 until 5:30
had a bagel for breakfast and 2 mt dews
Had lots of water and dinner was a glass of milk and two sloppy joes made from Quorn and chips.

Up early to get my man into the dr. for his next cast. Strange how much it is hurting him.
Had mt dew
no breakfast to speak of. Lunch was apple, almonds, cheese and some cheery tomatoes
had water and second mt dew
dinner tonight is brown rice with tofu and peanut sauce lettuce wrap and more water.

05/31/12

Hard day
ate ramen and milk for breakfast
had mt dew at work and then spent from 2:30-6 cleaning the garage
did not have dinner but then scooted down to fighter practice
I did have a late night bit of 3 cheese nachos from Qdobe and a glass of lemonade
