lunch, I am not sure what i am having for lunch but did have a dew, why are they soo yummy for me?
dinner tonight will be leftovers
more cooking for big camping weekend. I am going to make watermelon sorbet and am hoping with dry ice it will last until sunday, frozen. If not it will be watermelon slushies.
won't be posting again until sunday as we will be out all weekend. It will be a big one for me in the field as Baroness, lots of water and mints! Lots of walking as well.

Don't know how people can live in hot places that have humidity without the murder rate being higher.
It did not cool off at all last night ugh.
Kept the window shut and the AC on all night- I really don't like doing that.

lunch was a cheese sandwich from schlotskys and a bag of bbq chips.
I have noticed I like chips in the summer
did have a mt dew but only one
dinner was zucchini ankara over cous cous and water.
Made cookies for camping trip but strangle have found they are not what I really want to nosh on. i guess that is a good thing.

Up at my regular time
had a cup of water and a caffeine tab portion
breakfast was a sloppy joe sandwich with potato chips crunched in the middle
had mt dew. it just was a day for it
lunch is water and yogurt and almonds.
Had a snack of a handful of chili cheese fritoes
dinner tonight is lentil barley soup. Making a large pot for tonight and to freeze for camping next weekend.
I have a bunch of glass to get done but will do what I can to get either a walk wit hXena or a bike ride in.

woke from intense and scattered dreams
found myself very nervous this morning
made a cup of tea abut tummy wobbly so no breakfast
lunch- will eat lunch
the afternoon is going to be very busy, lots of packing and moving and hauling
not sure what is for dinner
will probably have a caffeinated mint at some point
Dinner was the nastiest grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had, ever! a handful of french fries and a couple glasses of lemonade. It took about 4 hours to get my friend all packed and the truck loaded. then we went out to dinner. shudder It might put me off grilled cheese sandwiches for a while.

Up and moving
had water while weaving. Ended up staying on the loom so that it is fulled dressed and ready for weaving. Good grief I need to be able to weave! I hadn't realized what peace that gives me until I hadn't done it for a while and then when I get back. Boom! I can feel the tension drain away.
breakfast was more pizza rolls- okay so maybe not all my tension is gone
had caffeine tab

I will have that salad tonight! really really.
Last laugh on me is that I did not have my salad, nope had an ice cream sammie and ramen with milk

had mt dew- I was doing good and then there is was, sweet and taunting me. Must be stronger than the soda!
diner tonight is salad and rolls, I hope. I have a bunch of stuff to do tonight so I might just grab a hand full of chips on the run. Not the best but I will keep me from chowing down on fries.
Dinner was none of the above. When I got home from my bike ride I ate two ice cream sammies.

Ate very poorly over the weekend. Far too much and mostly crap
did a lot of work though, hung a door on saturday am, went dancing until my feet gave out on saturday night. Sunday was filled with glass and house stuff. I did jump on the stationary bike for 1/2 an hour. So to justify the cheese sticks earlier in the day, no but just to get my rump moving.

breakfast was swiss cheese sandwich and water
lunch is a yogurt, apple and popcorn with more water and caffeine tabs
rode bike into work today

will prolly take a walk with Xena and Yaz

bust : 43 stayed the same
waist: 39 down 2inches- not sure what happened but I will take it!

calf 17 same
bicep 13 1/2 same
so maybe two weeks without soda is having a much more visible effect than I realized.

up and running. Well didn't go running just had a lot of work.
Laundry all put away, camping gear mostly stowed
breakfast was two pieces of peanut butter toast and water
had water and caffeine tab
lunch of almonds, an orange and a yogurt
dinner tonight is zuchinni and tomato skillet with cheese over rice and more water
then we go on later into the night with a meeting and then later discussion.
this week I have one night with my hunny- thursday night

Crazy busy weekend. Lots of walking and working and water and caffeine tabs. i did break down and have a mt dew in the late afternoon.
Breakfast on saturday was oatmeal with brown sugar
lunch was a piece of quiche with spinach and a cookie
two large glasses of wine crossed my lips during the day
dinner was a bowl of veggie stew and bread and a mini cheesecake
Sunday breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese burrito and a donut
lunch was pineapple and jalapeno pizza
no dinner to speak of as something from camping moved everything through me very very quickly.
I did have a mt dew on sunday as well but there was sooo much to do and mostly got done and put away. the house is close to being back to normal.
Later in the evening I braved a bowl of ice cream

I do think, my sweet sensitive friend that you attribute far too much meaning behind my inscrutable face. I fear I may not be as deep as you think I am.
Lunch was so much fun and I would love to have more time with you all than we get on these hit and run afternoons. Next June 22-24 we will go rafting!

breakfast was a strawberry poptart. Not the greatest but I lingered too long with my hunny in our Ladyhawk moment

lunch is a quesadilla with salsa and water
will have partial caffeine tab later
dinner tonight is stirred egg with tomato. I know I listed it earlier in the week but ended up making spinach feta noodles that night instead.
Went for a clothes fitting last night and was amused as my seamstress was telling me not to stop drinking soda as my bust is already affected and she has worked too hard ti fit my gown. Oh the irony!
