Morning started regular 5am with water and 1/2 can mt dew
had left over cheese sticks for breakfast- not a great healthy idea. I really do eat crap when I don't make rice on the weekends
lunch was hot and sour soup and 1/2 order of tofu with garlic sauce
had another mt dew
dinner was,was nothing but then got real hungry before bed and ate some doritoes and a glass of milk. Sigh
