up at 5 but really didn't want to be. I had an achy head so drank more lemon ginger tea.
Breakfast was oatmeal and a glass of watered down cranberry juice.
I had a cup of mint tea and about 18 smoked almonds around 10:00
Now drinking water as the salty almonds are encouraging.
Lunch is a salad with tomatoes, fake bacon bits, croutons and blue cheese dressing. I had 2 mt dews this afternoon.
Dinner was a cup of milk and a handful of chili cheese fritoes.
