Up at 6:30 putzed around and nearly didn't make it in time to ride my bike- grabbed a piece of toast with butter and a small cup of coke.
I rode in as fast as my podgey legs could ride.
Had water when I got in and some smoked almonds
Had a cup of mint tea
Looking at a cheese sandwich for lunch with a mt dew.
Since it was my b-day we had poundcake with strawberries and whipped cream
Am having another soda and more water for the ride home
Dinner is -don't know
It is D&D night. We had cheese fresh basil, and tomatoes and bread and grapes. I also had a piece of angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream. I did have some coke and sure enough I was up until late but then we went out and had deep fried green beans which while odd were very tasty.

I'm not sure podgey is a word but I'm sure it's not a word I'd use to describe anything remotely connected to your quite inviting bod! You know, you need to accept that your hubby is a lucky man!:)
