up early and had water and the other 1/2 can mt dew
breakfast was a CLT sandwich and cup of tea
having some more tea
I have been feeling so sluggish lately. The problem with that is it makes me want to drink more soda or caffeinated beverages and then I will crash harder later.
lunch was lettuce wraps and water
had a sprite later as I was thirsty but didn't want tea or water or caffeine.
Dinner was a piece of spankoterra pizza and a glass of milk.
with a handful of red licorice for dessert.
