up at 5:30 wove for 1/2 of an hour. Had 32 oz of water and 1/2 of a mt dew
breakfast was oatmeal
rode my bike in. Hard ride in this morning
Having cup of rose tea right now.
Lunch is leftover tofu in garlic sauce and water
will have a mt dew this afternoon
Dinner is pasta with sundried tomato cream sauce, salad and green beans. And a glass of milk
