Did wake when I wanted! Yeah- had my water with weaving at 5:00am
breakfast was leftover risotto and milk
cup of tea around 9:00
there was an icy chill in the wind this morning so the car won the drive in. Next week is supposed to be lovely again so I hope to ride at least 2 times
Lunch was a blueberry yogurt and some popcorn. Sounds fairly healthy except the popcorn was covered in caramel and chocolate
Dinner was corn chips and salsa with water and asian pear for dessert. Okay the pear was first dessert as my friends had made lovely chocolate ice cream for second dessert

feb 26

good intentions- always I have good intentions. My early morning was thwarted by the alarm being set for 2:00 pm. But fortunately my hunny called at 5:25 so I did get up and got some weaving done with 32 oz of water. Debated riding my bike in this morning but I was lured by the last few chapters of Kitty raises Hell. Kitty won and I drove in.
Breakfast was oatmeal.
Having a cup of peppermint tea now and some water
Lunch was a cheese sandwich and handful of chili cheese chips. Funny thing is since I have been working on portion control, I have been noticing the size of a serving. I ate the whole sandwich knowing it was too much and I suffered the rest of the day with an over full tummy.
Dinner was risotto and more brussels sprouts and a glass of milk. I did work on not over eating as this is one meal I really really love.

feb 26

I am not sure what is going on but getting up in the am has been hard for about two weeks now. I did get up this morning finally around 5:45 had a mt dew and 32 oz of water.
Breakfast was a fried provolone sandwich with lettuce and tomato
Rode my bicycle in today for the first time since last fall. That wasn't as bad as I feared. The ride home will really be the kicker as it is all up hill. I was worried that my knee might act up but it didn't seem to mind at all.
Having tea and water right now.
Lunch is cottage cheese, a small handful of chili cheese fritoes and a multivitamin.
Had another soda this afternoon and another 32 oz of water and a blueberry yogurt.
Dinner is twice baked potatoes with cheese and brussel sprouts. Managed to keep to 1/2 a potato but then later after a meeting I got home and was so hunger I had a piece of cold pizza and glass of milk.

Breakfast was OATMEAL! Yeah me! with a glass of water
Having a cup of tea right now.
lunch will be water and tofu with garlic sauce
probably have two mt dews through out the day
dinner was 6 peanutbutter girl scout cookies and milk. Not the greatest but I had a copy of the new Kitty book and had to read. Must wokr on that as well.
I am making a bunch of crepes tonight as it is Mardi Gras, for my SCA group. I had one crepe with lemon juice butter and powdered sugar.

feb 23

breakfast was evil but tasty ramen and milk. I am working with Timony to help me change breakfast to either being oatmeal or a lettuce wrap. We will not be buying any more ramen for a long time.
Had 2 mt dew all day and 64 oz of water sprinkled in there
lunch was a green salad with crasians, blue cheese, red onions and poppyseed dressing.
Dinner was 2 pieces of pizza and a glass of milk. I also had a glass of leftover romeulan ale.

feb 22

Woke up very early as my nephew came home drunk at 4:00 am and was arguing with his friend in the drive way. Got him in and up to bed and realized I was not going to get back to sleep.
Had 32 oz of water and got a bunch done on getting my big loom warped up with a wool blanket for us.
Around 8:00 I was very hungry had a swiss cheese sandwich. Two pieces of swiss cheese on bread microwaved for 40 seconds. All soft and gooey. and a mt dew
Cleaned the plant and then did some housework as we had company over for a Star Trek mystery dinner party.
I made Romulan ale. (found the recipe on line- basically it is lemonaid with banana flavoring and blue food color) Appetizers were some cheese puffs I made, grapes, apple slices with caramel crackers and three types of cheese. One of the guys made some olive tapenade.
Dinner was pasta with a tomato basil caper sauce, green beans in butter and a green salad with red onions, crasians, blue cheese and poppy seed dressing.
There was supposed to be dessert but we got caught up in the game. Which was very badly written but we had fun laughing. I hope to have pictures up of us all in our star fleet uniforms soon.

slept in this morning due to last night's tummy troubles. Had a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and a can of coke. I had much happy burping- yes I know it is not really lady-like to burp but it does feel better than having all that pressure.
had some water and another can of coke. Tummy was still feeling oogy so didn't eat much else today.
Did have some dinner. Timony stir fried some tofu and we had lettuce wraps with brown rice, tofu and avocado. And a glass of milk

7:00 breakfast was cottage cheese
9:00 cup of tea
11:00 nice green salad and tomatoes for lunch with blue cheese dressing and a mt dew
32 oz of water
did have another soda around 2:00
dinner was a plate of leftover spinach feta noodles
had popcorn and 32 water with d&d along with some very tasty brie and baguettes. Wasn't as terrible as it could have been. But something strange happened. there were about three little pieces of brie left on the plate so I ate them. While trying to sleep I felt this huge bubble of unpleasant hardness in my tummy. I finally went to the bathroom and forced myself to vomit. I did not really vomit but ended up burping a lot. So I guess that something built up a bunch of gas in my tummy and it hurt because I could not burp. Which leads me to think that if I had had a soda I would have been better off as I would have been burping. How strange is that?

5am 32 oz water
breakfast was a 1/3 cup oatmeal with a bit of butter and milk
cup of tea
lunch blueberry yogurt and 32 oz of water. My knee is finally back in joint so I am doing the mini intervals again. three minutes every two hours
there will probably be a can of soda this afternoon.
dinner potato pancakes, applesauce and sour cream. My nephew heads to jail on monday. I wanted to give him a few of his favorite things to eat before he goes in. Just makes me work on portion control.
More water.

breakfast was ramen and milk- I really am trying to work on this habit- it is just so simple and comforting.

Lunch was a blueberry yogurt and spinach feta noodles can of mt dew
dinner was a handful of doritoes nacho cheese chips and a glass of milk
big old glass of water before bed- big old mistake as I was up a couple times getting rid of it.

feb 17th

This weekend was wonderful. I took off friday, monday and tuesday from work. I had grand plans for getting a bunch of projects done but in the end it was a long lovely quiet weekend. I spent much time with Jim when he wasn't working or sleeping and then some good time with Timony. I read books curled up on the couch. because I had the time off I was able to cook lovely foods for my family for valentines day. Funny thing is that we still haven't eaten the chocolate mousse I made. We have munched on the strawberries.
I did get up a couple days at 5:00am bacuase I really like my morning weaving time and the when Jiom came home I could take a nap with him at 10:00 or so.
Today was just a day liek the rest.
5:00am 32 oz of water
8:00 cup of coffee with way too much milk and sugar so it didn't really taste like coffee anymore. Bagel with havarti cheese and tomato
lunch was popcorn with butter and nutritional yeast and a can of mt dew
another 32 oz of water in here somewhere
Dinner was spinach feta noodles and asparagus with a glass of milk

Dinner I am making homemade bread and corn chowder
chocolate mousse and strawberries for dessert.

We did not actually get to the chocolate mousse and strawberries. they are made but we have eaten too much soup and bread.

Morning was spent in bed just watching the sky lighten up. No water or weaving
Breakfast at 7:00 was two lettuce wraps with brown rice, shredded cheese and cucumber and a glass of tea.
Have a bottle of water next to me now. It is keeping my tea company.
Lunch is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a banana and a can of mt dew
had a piece of carrot cake but none of the frosting. I have never been a big frosting fan. Also am drinking more water
dinner is mock stroganoff and salad and milk
I hadn't stepped on the scale since nov as I did not want this to be pushed by numbers but by health. The most important thing is that I feel better. I like that my clothes have room for me to breathe . I like feeling less ache in me bones when I wake in the morning. I am looking forward to seeing what come next. I have dog walks planned for after work as the weather and daylight allow.
And if you were curious- yes the scale noticed the difference as well.

feb 11

Morning rolled in beautifully. We had a snow storm last night that left all the trees and houses flocked with snow. The roads are all clear. But was the most remarkable part was the nearly full moon reflecting off this freshly fallen snow. The world was glowing this pale blue color that left me breathless at the window for a long time. The sun is up now and a breeze is knocking all the snow off.
Regular morning routine 5:00 with water
Breakfast was two lettuce wraps. they are surprisingly filling. Mine had brown rice, cucumber, carrot and some grated cheese. large cup of milk
cup of joy tea is by my side right now-8:30
Not only was it filling but it really stuck with me. If I had been truly clever I would have packed my lunch but not so much. Lunch was a mini microwave popcorn that I shared with my sister and a mt dew.
I did have 32 oz of water through most of the day but I also had a candy cane.
Had 15, yes we counted them puffy cheetoes and one of the burritos (with egg, zucchini, cheese potatoes, onions and peppers) for dinner with a cup of long island cola tea. That stuff is so very tasty. and about 1/4 cup cinnamon ice cream
really working on the portion control.

feb 10

This morning I was pulled back into bed- how could i refuse. so no weaving or water to start my day.
breakfast was an egg,potato, cheese,zucchini burrito and glass of tea.
looking at a can of mt dew as I left my tea cup at home safely nestled with my water bottle. I do try and was them weekly but getting them back in to work seems to be difficult sometimes.
Well I did more than look at the can as I drank it all down.
My hunny took pity and brought me my water bottle and tea cup. YEAH! 32 oz of water with lunch of tofu in garlic sauce and rice.
Dinner tonight is going to be penne ala vodka, green beans and a green salad. Hardest part for me it seems at dinner time is portion control. Work in progress- we all are just work in progress

Apparently I am working on time traveling here, as I had this listed as Feb 8th not the 10th which it was

feb7 8 9

went with Timony on saturday to Boulder to do some goodie shopping for valentines day
before we went I was weaving and drinking my h2o
We ended up at this high end pizza cafe. I had a margarita pizza. Well half of it. I ate the other half later. In hind sight, not good as it moved through me in mysterious ways. I didn't eat anything else the rest of the day but I did have more water and a cup of mt dew -blue raspberry flavor with ginseng. no real difference noted.

Sunday was a busy work day. Up and weaving early and then crawled into bed with my hunny when he got home. Happy I had had water earlier. I made breakfast scrambled eggs, potatoes and toast then tucked him back into bed.
Rest of the day was pretty quiet until my nephew got home- It is breaking my heart to see him drinking his life away. He spent the afternoon and most of the night with his head in the toilet yacking up his bowels.
Dinner was cauliflower curry over rice and water

This morning was supposed to be my first trying the new breakfast plan. I made up brown rice yesterday to get me all ready. What did I have this morning? ramen and milk. It is comfort food.
Lunch was a burrito with eggs, potatoes, onions, zucchinis, peppers and cheese. and a can of mt dew.
Dinner was the brown rice wrap with cucumber and carrot and tomato glass of water.

feb 6

It is amazing to me how much different I felt yesterday after doubling my soda intake. ( which was a daily thing up until a few weeks ago). I felt so very podgy and my fingers had swollen to a size which made my unhappy and I was still tired.
So this morning started easy enough-32 oz of water
breakfast was 1/4 oatmeal with fresh strawberries and milk. There was a little bit of sugar and butter in there as well.
Looking into a cup of Joy tea right now!
I forget how much I like oatmeal with fruit for breakfast. And how it really keeps me full until lunch.
Lunch was Tofu and Crisp veggies Vietnamese style with soy sauce not fish sauce and 30 oz of water.
I am feeling pretty darn good today and I have opened a can of soda early and still have half of it so maybe I can work on cutting my intake by half again. That might be pushing it just yet...
The weather has been so lovely and I am looking forward to riding my bicycle again soon. If the rest of feb stays on the nicer side I will be riding by March!

feb 5

This morning was another hard start. I had been taking vicodiene at night since my tooth got pulled and the last two nights I have not. Which is odd that it should be so hard to rouse myself. Anyway, got up did some weaving and then did some puttering
Breakfast was a 1/4 of oatmeal
32 oz of water and a can of coke.
round 10:00 had a can of mt dew
lunch will be a black bean pasty and 32 oz of water
Did not have the water and instead have 2 more cans of caffeinated soda- grrr on me.
I will have to use the caffeine to the best of my ability and warp up a bunch of stuff.

tonight is scrounge. I will probably make popcorn and have water to drink with it as my hunny and I watch star trek.

feb 4

5 am came way too early this morning but I did get up. Had 16 oz of water and a can of coke. I tried hard to not want it but it was good and I felt better. My nephew came home drunk again last night which means we get to have a talk tonight. He loves talks... He had promised me that not only would he cut down on drinking but wouldn't do it on work nights. When he gets drunk he likes to talk and then gets mad at himself for talking about how he feels so yells at himself. It is very sad to see and hear and he knows that he does it everytime but won't stop drinking. He is aware that he is an alcoholic but again will not take steps to make it better. I know that I can not save him and only he can save himself. But I was hoping being in a more peaceful house he would take some time to look with in but that is what scares him. and so now I have to talk about his choices and his promises.
breakfast was a bagel and cream cheese and I am hoping for something deep fried for lunch. ( o yes I am aware of how worrying affects my eating habits) But most likely will just eat my left over spaghetti with the caper sauce and cottage cheese.

Dinner was 2 black bean pasties and milk.

feb 1-2-3

So where did the last three days go? I was a bit reckless on superbowl sunday. A friend made these lovely pastries with spinach, feta cheese, olives and pine nuts. mmmmm next friend made brownies covered with fresh blueberries and I made some white trash dip- velvetta and rotel. But did refrain from stuffing myself silly with the stuff.

Monday- oatmeal for breakfast plus all the fiber I get from weaving at 5:00
no tea today as I was still worried about my gaping hole in my head where I once had a tooth.
did have 2 mt dews and 64 oz water
what did I have for lunch... oh 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich and a handful of french fries- now to be fair I probably would have scarfed the whole sandwich but it was nasty and greasy and all the fries which were hard and cold so yeah bad food!
Dinner was pasta with new sauce and green beans. Tried a new sauce that I really liked. It was simple, garlic, capers, basil, olive oil and a can of whole tomatoes blended up.

tuesday-
up at 5 and had a cup of coke with my water.
also fell back on ramen and milk for breakfast
did have tea today! yeah! I have missed that
also had 32 oz of water with my chinese tuesday 1/2 order of tofu in garlic sauce and white rice.
dinner will probably not happen as I have some stuff to take care of tonight and won't be able to grab a bite or make anything. But that could always change.
Still doing my intervals but have been caught doing them a couple times at work and been left feeling odd. Might take myself to the restroom for more privacy for those.
