up early! Yeah! 8.5 miles on bike
abs work done! and got some weaving in! Good morning
Started with water and caffeine tabs
breakfast was oatmeal with butter, a piece of toast and 8 oz juice.
lunch is hot and sour soup with wonton noodles and water
dinner tonight is crepes with swiss cheese and more water
Good day.
Also did 4 of my jumping rope sessions and worked on my warping board. I will not be fighting tonight as my hunny says that he would like me unbruised for the big weekend.
