Busy weekend.
Have event up in Cheyenne on saturday. It is called Hunter's feast, guess what the main focus is? I have only gone once. SO this will be my second time up there. I am not going for the food but for the company. I like many of the people up there and there is one that me going will just irk. So that will be fun too.
that takes up my day from 10:30 to 10:30
sunday is fighter practice in Fort Collins, War practice, which is spear time in my world! WOOHOO! I love fighting with a spear.
so will be working out hard there too.
Going to keep next weeks meals light and simple. More salads and veggies and fruits.

oh not up early and still wish I was in bed!
I fought well and hard last night and am just a bit sore this morning.
breakfast was 2 piece of toast with peanutbutter ( I was running late) and tea
snacks at works apple and almonds with water
find myself longing for a mt dew today but have yet resisted that siren's call, yet
lunch was a cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato and water
dinner tonight: I am making Thanksgiving dinner for my hunny. Turkey parts (legs, wing and breast) stuffing, green beans and mashed potatoes, What I will have is everything but the turkey. We will carb load up and if we don't pass out from it, we are going raiding in dungeons on World of Warcrack.

up early and on bike. Didn't get as far as I would have liked only 6 miles but did do my ab work
breakfast was oatmeal and a piece of toast with butter. I had a cup of tea
snacks to day are apple and almonds with lots of water
lunch is tofu rice noodle bowl from a local Vietnamese place

dinner, might grab a string cheese before fighting but nothing heavy.

Hunny crawled into bed with me when my alarm went off, sigh, I just can't resist extra time with him.
Not so as early as I would like at all. Did some squats, drank water
Since I ended up making risotto and sweet potatoes for dinner last night, had some for breakfast. With glass of milk and multivitamin
Had apple and almonds for snacks with more water
lunch was cottage cheese and a small salad
will be fighting tonight
dinner tonight will prolly not be so very healthy. Most likely a garden burger at red robin and fries. Will just have water though to drink.

Spent the last week at home. It was very nice.
Ate pretty well, no soda, took dog for walk everyday. She liked that part.
And here we are back to monday.
Set my own alarm as I realized that my hunny, likes to let me sleep in. I had been thinking about when my daily exercise routine went away an I thought it was last Nov. but really it was when he started working days. He thinks one of us should get sleep. But didn' realize how it messed with my schedule. I didn't really think about it nor stop him. I did like sleeping in. However, I made sure I set my travel alarm this morning for 5 and I was up. 8.5 miles on the bike, ab work and water to get me started.
Got all the clean laundry folded and put away
breakfast was poached egg on 1/2 english muffin with cheese and more water
snacks today have been apple and almonds
lunch was a salad and 1/4 cottage cheese with more water
dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.
hoping to get out for a walk today but it has turned a bit chilly. I do have an extra sweater I can wear.

long road trip weekend started on friday with 8 hours drive to Clovis New Mexico. No soda and ate sparingly.
saturday was an event which means nothing I can eat but I had cheese and crackers and bread in car. Did have mt dew and then two cups of tea with dinner
sunday was same drive back home. Wind was blowing like mad everyday. There was even a Haboob on saturday at the event.
had monday off to get stuff all put away. I did do a few things but didn't eat much. had four cups of tea and played wow almost everyday.

busy weekend
Saturday will be at an event all day, which means lots of walking. In fact most of the day will be spent on my feet. That is good. Will be bringing bread, cheese and an apple for lunch and then we are going out for dinner. Water to drink all day.
the actually day turned out worse for soda consumption. I had two. One caffeinated and one not)
Sunday is archery in the am and then working on my armor. I am making spanokatera pizza for dinner. Pizza with spinach, feta cheese, olive oil and garlic. Will have water to drink all day.
archery was great. did not end up making that for dinner but instead had a small bowl of pasta with a cream sauce. Wanted a mt dew all day but did not break !
