yesterday was the Bolder Boulder. I did better than I thought I would and managed to average 16 minute miles walking to fish the 10k race at 1 hour and 36 minutes. WOOT! I managed to spend the rest of the day wanting to drink but not really wanting to eat. I did eventually have a little bit of ice cream and some leftover risotto.
Today I was up early and a little bit sore in places. I have a few blisters but not too bad. In fact I made the choice for riding my bike into work today.
Had a mt dew when I woke up and did some sewing
breakfast was ramen and milk
lunch and snacks have been almonds, apple, croissant, and three orange lifesavers, water
dinner tonight will be more water, shake before fighter practice. I won't fight for long but will get some done as we are doing melee practice. I did manage about an hour of melee work.

Really proud of you! Are you being too ambitious to drop all soda in June? Maybe you should start smaller and give up breathing...
lol hasn't worked yet. Day 8 and still drinking them. Sigh maybe breathing would have been easier to give up.
