hmm missed a bunch of days
maybe I am feeling guilty and sulking still about being podgy. Yeah I know the work outs would help. I did get a couple walks and bike rides in this weekend and I did keep soda consumption down to one or two a day.
With all the crazy coming up this summer and knowing I will be in a picture or two, I will be getting a little more drastic in calorie control and exercising. Two hours a day they tell is what I need to achieve to make some difference in my body. Where the heck do I get that extra hour a day? Apparently, my current amount of exercise is only good for maintenance. So upping my game and finding ways to sneak another hours worth of exercise into my world.
I will let you know how that goes.
Up early had 2 mt dews today
breakfast was a cheese sandwich and milk
lunch was polenta casserole with water
dinner tonight in yogurt and an apple and water

Sometimes to do something important for yourself it's necessary to a loved one to go away or go @*%$ themself--just a hard-earned observation :) Podgy is a great word, but you're zaftig
