Need to keep up my dedication to writing down what I eat as well as exercising
Up at my regular time this morning
breakfast was a can of slim fast and two fiber pills
had 20 almonds and an orange and mtdew
lunch was a can of slim fast and two fiber pills
going to say right now that slim fast is the nastiest stuff but bought two cases and will see this through had second mt dew
dinner tonight is steamed veggies and brown rice with peanut sauce
drank water all day
since I missed the weigh in on friday here it is:
214 only +2
bust 43" +1
waist41" +2
hips 46" +1
thigh 24 +1
calf 17" same
bicep 13" +1/2"
Interesting- I have dropped off my every day bike riding and lo and behold the measurements tell me that I need to hop back on my saddle. I was hoping to start biking to work this week. No snow recently.
