04/21/11

I should not be surprised but often am when I exercise after a while of not doing so, of how good I feel. Now am wondering if the blechy feelings I have been experiencing have been due to NOT exercising. Such a wicked little feedback loop.
But I did 1/2 hour on the bike 10 miles
10 flights of stairs
and 100 ab stuff
breakfast was1/2 cup of steel cut oats with a bit of milk and brown sugar
water and mt dew
lunch is yogurt, 1 cup popcorn and an apple with more water and probably another mt dew.
will walk another 10 flights of stairs this afternoon after work
dinner tonight is my favorite kind of salad, with blue cheese and craisins. and more water.
Discovery about myself. I really like goals. I have a vested interest in exercising every day besides just my health. Which agreed should be the first reason but hey, I don't mind the extra motivation.
Which is in June there will be a bunch of new photos of me and I would rather have a couple of them at least look good to my eyes.
