up early rode bike and wove

had peanut butter on toast for breakfast and a mt dew
also had water
lunch was an orange and some goldfish and a mt dew and water
dinner tonight is mexican polenta pie. Kind of like lasagna except with polenta, black beans and salsa.

okay today is the 15th and here are the figures
weight:212 +1lbs I am might frustrated with this
chest:42 same as last month
waist:39 same as last month
hips: 45 same
thigh: 23 same
calf: 17 same
bicep 12 1/2 must have been wearing a thick shirt last month.

I am working out harder than even and cant seem to make headway with my weight- in fact I am gaining. WTF? I feel like getting a batch of weight loss drugs to just drop 20 pounds by june. I know that is not the way to lose it but I am might frustrated and this just seems to keep moving slower. Maybe I am eating more at meals? I will adjust my portions again.
Okay evaluate maybe change up my eating again. I have started eating more for lunch than I had been. I just opted for the yogurt and fruit + a protein lunch. Need to start making my favorite salad for every other day. Breakfast needs to be either a poached egg or cottage cheese.
Need to keep water as the drink of choice. 2nd mt dew or soda must be out of my life.
