and all the days from the 25 did my bike rides and crunches
was good with soda but crap with food. I wanted fatty foods, found myself craving ham so eat a bunch of peanutbutter. then bought reeses pieces to get even more and I think I have final OD'ed on them.
Had deep fried food far too much during the weekend and feel massively bloated.
Will work on detoxing this week.
am menstrual right now so won't start too soon!
