yep even though crampy got up and did what I needed to do. I feel better for the exercise but would have rather been curled under a blanket in dreamland. Had big glass of water
had a cheese sandwich for breakfast and more than a couple handfuls of reeses pieces as I am still feeling a protein craving. Probably would have been healthier if I just went and ate a piece of ham. But there I am.
had soda
lunch today is leftover tofu with garlic sauce and rices and mt dew and water
dinner tonight is cauliflower and potato curry over basmati rice and more water
