Interesting side effect of the crunches, I find myself sitting up straighter. Which is good as I have a tendency to hunch my back. So yeah!
breakfast was tea and two pieces of peanutbutter toast
lunch was leftover cauliflower curry and water
dinner was colcannon and water
went for about a 40 minute walk before dinner which was nice. I needed that spring wind blowing through my hair and clearing my thoughts.
