up early and still not feeling like I wanted to do anything but crawl back into bed. Which I did.
breakfast was a cheese sandwich and tea. I really wanted ramen but since i have given that and adultery up for lent, no noodles. I wasn't doing adultery at all so that has been easier to continue to not do.
Had mt dew at work
lunch was half a bagel dry. 6 crackers and a thick slice of cheese.
Dinner will be Piperande tonight! with fresh bread and no noodles!

up early and with new resolve rode the bike for 45 minutes 16 miles. The weather keeps changing from ice and snow one day to lovelythe next. If it is lovely tomorrow I will be riding my bike in!

Can't rightly say what happened last week.
I found myself not wanting to ride the bike. I did finish the 42 days. But then did only 1/2 the bike ride or 1/2 my abs.
I ate ok
I drank far too much soda both caffeinated and not
was crabby and wanted nothing more but to hide in my loom room and weave.

might take myself for a walk when I get home. Maybe I just need to get out and get the wind in my hair.

wow almost at my self imposed ending for bike riding. It works well as the weather has changed enough for real bike riding to occur, which means I will get more weaving done.

I am working out harder than even and cant seem to make headway with my weight- in fact I am gaining. WTF? I feel like getting a batch of weight loss drugs to just drop 20 pounds by june. I know that is not the way to lose it but I am might frustrated and this just seems to keep moving slower. Maybe I am eating more at meals? I will adjust my portions again.
Okay evaluate maybe change up my eating again. I have started eating more for lunch than I had been. I just opted for the yogurt and fruit + a protein lunch. Need to start making my favorite salad for every other day. Breakfast needs to be either a poached egg or cottage cheese.
Need to keep water as the drink of choice. 2nd mt dew or soda must be out of my life.

Somehow I feel less guilty about drinking tea, even though I use about the same amount of sugar. Or maybe I will just buckle down and say no to myself and drink just water. Had deep fried food far too much during the weekend and feel massively bloated.
Will work on detoxing this week.
