well phooey! I expected something grander with all that bike riding. Maybe I am working too hard and need to switch it up more like do big ride one day and then walk? I don't know or maybe it is just this month and I should keep going?

Remember that no matter what effect exercise has on your mass or your shape it is very, very good for your heart and valuable thereby-besides without exercise you would soon find what mountain dew would do to your still lovely derriere!:)
