Up early
clothes all folded and put away and exercising done I am thinking after my 42 days I am going to swap out to one day 15 mile and the next only 8 as I am losing my weaving time and that is hard on me. I like what is happening to my body but miss my mediation time.
Breakfast was tofu and brown rice wrap and water
had mt dew and will have a second today
lunch is leftover cauliflower/potato curry and water
dinner tonight will probably be ramen and milk.
