did not do my workout early this morning but waited until the afternoon. I took my 42 minutes much slower today than I had been as my muscles were objecting strenuously!
had a cup of tea with peach flavoring
lunch is ramen and milk
dinner tonight is cauliflower/potato curry over basmati rice.
