up early feeling better but not completely back did ride for 24 min 8.5 miles
had 2 pieces of toast with peanutbutter and water for breakfast
had cup of tea at work
having more water
lunch is two pieces of pizza
want mt dew but have been without for 3days and should roll with it
dinner tonight is out with holly so probably either pasta or a veggie burger and water
