01/17/11a

so fitness goals for this month include things I am already doing but stepping it up.
First- more time on bike and walking dog. Remind myself how good i feel, because I do feel great after exercise.
Second- I might take advantage of this cold to cut out mt dew and sugar drinks at least for a couple weeks. I really want that goal of below 200 soon.
third- bring back my mini movement time at work. I find myself on my bum far too much
fourth continue with soup and salad lunches, good dinner and breakfasts. Reminding myself about portion control.
fifth- keep the fire still hot with hunny, that has top count as aerobic activities!
I would love to see the same progress for 2011. That would get me closer to my the ultimate goal between 140-160 and being able to by sexy panties off the rack.

Right and work on the abs challenge again starting tonight 100 in 100 days
I get a bit spotty but really need to find the time. I do 40 crunches, 40 lower back crunches and then 20 these side to side twisty things. Will tonight when I get home, can't use feeling like shite as a reason not to do it.
