chest 42 -6 same in dec
waist 39 -6 waist -1 from dec
hips 45 -6 -1 from dec
thigh 23 -3 -1 from dec
calf 17 -1 same in dec
bicep 12 1/2 -2 1/2 -1/2 from dec
Still seeing some changes every little bit helps
I really want to be below 200 by the middle of February. Means working harder
