up early rode the bike for 45 minutes and 18 minutes
breakfast was steel cut oats and a piece of toast
water and tea
lunch was two cheese and salsa quesadillas
did finally break and have a mt dew
more water
dinner was fried butternut squash with onions and sage and rice pilaf
more water
